Ticket Prices
Ticket prices are as listed and vary depending on production. Listed prices do not include 7% sales tax and applicable service fees. Service fees are waived if purchased over the phone or in person at the box office.
Student Rush Tickets
For our professional “MainStage” performances, we offer $10 “rush” tickets for students, available only on the day of the show. Student Rush tickets can only be purchased at the box office two hours prior to the start time, and are not available to reserve online in advance. Tickets are best available and space is not guaranteed. Rush tickets do not apply to educational West End Prep productions.
Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Theater West End tickets are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend your performance date, you may reschedule. You must contact us by email or telephone 48 hours before the performance to allow us to release and resell your tickets. Rescheduled tickets are subject to availability and same seating is not guaranteed.
Late Seating
Due to the intimacy of our theater, and for the safety of our performers and guests, we cannot accommodate late seating. Please arrive well before the performance start time. Late arrivals are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
