How do I book?

From your online portal, anytime. Reserve seats, view current and past tickets, and manage your account yourself.

What's the difference between the plans?

NOW books same-day for the best available seats that night — great if you love deciding last-minute. PRIME books up to a week ahead, so you can lock in better seats and never risk a sold-out show, and it includes Wine Walk events.

What happens after three months?

Nothing changes unless you want it to — your pass renews automatically and you can cancel anytime after the initial commitment.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes. Add extra seats to any booking at the regular ticket price.

Can I book further ahead than my window?

Yes, anytime, at the regular ticket price.

What if a show is sold out?

It's rare. If it happens, we'll do our best to get you into another performance that works for you, even outside your booking window.

Are subscriptions refundable?

Subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel future renewals anytime.
