This Privacy Policy describes how Theater West End (operating as The Quintessential Project, LLC) collects, uses, and protects information submitted through our website. This policy applies only to Theater West End's own practices and does not cover third-party companies we do not own or control.

Analytics & Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our ticketing site and to improve it:

Google Analytics 4 measures traffic and how people move through buying tickets (pages viewed, seats selected, checkouts started and completed). This data is aggregated and isn't used to identify you personally.
Meta Pixel helps us measure our Facebook/Instagram advertising and show relevant ads to people who've visited our site. It may record actions like viewing a show, adding seats to a cart, and completing a purchase.

These tools may set cookies and share limited information (such as a hashed identifier, pages visited, and purchase value) with Google and Meta. We do not sell your personal information.

Your Choices

You're in control of this tracking:

Cookies: Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings.
Ads: You can adjust how Meta uses your activity in your Facebook/Instagram Ad Preferences, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
Ad blockers / privacy settings: If you use these, our advertising tools generally won't load at all.
