Clear information about ticket purchases, exchanges, late seating, and what to expect at Theater West End.
Ticket Prices
Ticket prices vary by production and are listed on each event page. All prices are subject to change and are not guaranteed until payment is completed.
Rush Tickets
For our professional “mainstage” performances, we offer $20 “rush” tickets for students and entertainment industry professionals, available only on the day of the show. Rush tickets can only be purchased at the box office two hours prior to the start time, and are not available to reserve online in advance. Tickets are best available and space is not guaranteed. Rush tickets do not apply to educational West End Prep productions.
Refunds
All sales are final. Theater West End tickets, including subscriptions and single tickets, are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to donate your tickets back to Theater West End or request an exchange for another performance of the same production (see Exchanges below).
Exchanges
Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production, subject to availability.
Exchange requests must be made at least 48 hours before your original performance.
An $8 exchange fee per ticket will apply, plus any difference in ticket price.
Original seating locations are not guaranteed for exchanged tickets.
To request an exchange, please contact the box office by phone or email.
Programming Changes
Cast, creative teams, and programming are subject to change without notice.
In the event a performance is rescheduled due to weather, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, tickets will be honored for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled performance, you may exchange into another performance of the same production (subject to availability), or receive credit toward a future event. Refunds are not issued for rescheduled events.
Late Seating
Due to the intimacy of our theater and for the safety of performers and guests, late seating is extremely limited.
Late arrivals may be seated only at a designated break or intermission, at the discretion of house management.
Original seat locations are not guaranteed once the performance has begun.
Guests who arrive late and cannot be seated are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Please plan to arrive early so you can be comfortably seated before showtime.
Tickets & Discounts
Each ticket is valid only for the performance, date, and time printed on the ticket or confirmation.
Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.
All discounts and promotional offers must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be added retroactively.
Conduct, Photography & Recording
To protect our artists and the experience of all guests:
The use of cameras, video, and audio recording devices during performances is strictly prohibited, unless expressly authorized by Theater West End.
Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the theater without refund.
Some productions may contain mature themes, language, or staging. Ticket holders are responsible for determining the suitability of content for themselves and their guests, including children.
Assumption of Risk & Liability
By completing your ticket purchase and attending an event at Theater West End, you acknowledge and accept that:
You assume all risk of injury, loss, or damage arising from attendance at the venue and participation in related activities.
Theater West End, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates are released from any claims or liability connected to such injury or loss, except where prohibited by law.
Governing Law
These ticket terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Use of your ticket constitutes your agreement to abide by these policies.
