Thirty years old, one week left to prove it all

The clock is running, and it will not wait for inspiration to arrive on its own schedule. Tick, Tick… Boom! drops us into the mind of a young composer staring down a milestone birthday, watching friends settle into steadier lives while he chases one more shot at the stage. Every tick of that clock in his head becomes a rhythm the whole show dances to — urgent, funny, and achingly alive.

Expect a small, electric cast and a score that swings from wry comic numbers to the kind of ballad that stops the room cold. This is a musical about the terror and thrill of making something before your time runs out, told with warmth, humor, and a restless creative heartbeat that never quite stops pounding.

Our Sanford stage is the perfect size for a story this intimate — you’ll feel every doubt, every laugh, every leap of faith as if it’s happening a few feet away. Come spend an evening with a dreamer racing his own deadline, and leave remembering why the ones who keep creating, against all odds, are worth cheering for.

We can’t wait to share this one with you. Grab your seats and come watch time tick, tick, boom.
