Join us Friday evening, September 12 and enjoy wines in designated tasting locations in and around historic First Street.
About the Wine Walk
The Sanford Wine Walk, benefitting Theater West End, is a single-price admission event that includes a wine glass and printed guide to tasting stations positioned at local merchant locations. Each tasting station has a sponsored winery with unlimited tastes. A great night of wine and exploring historic downtown Sanford!
All proceeds benefit Theater West End, Sanford’s first and only professional live theater. 🎭

Each business (usually around twelve) offers two special wines, giving you plenty of choices to enjoy. Grab your friends, wear your walking shoes, and join us to discover the tastes of Sanford!
How It Works
Buy a ticket in advance. (Tickets are limited, and availability is not guaranteed at the door.)
On September 12, check in at Theater West End (115 West 1st Street, Sanford). Check-in time depends on which ticket you purchase.
Pick up your wine glass.
Grab a tasting map.
Make your way around historic downtown Sanford for unlimited wine!

You must be 21 to purchase a wine tasting ticket, however downtown Sanford shops and restaurants are open to the general public of all ages during the Wine Walk and those under 21 may attend the tasting areas.

There are free parking lots and street parking available up and down 1st Street in downtown Sanford. A ride-share service (like Uber or Lyft) are also great ways to get to and from the Wine Walk without driving!

Yes, tickets may be transferred to another party.

This is a rain or shine event. All "stops" are inside. If the evening calls for rain, we recommend bringing an umbrella!

GENERAL ADMISSION (6:30pm Check-In) - $25
Check-in for our general admission tickets start at 6:30pm. This ticket includes a wine glass and printed guide to tasting stations positioned at local merchant locations.
LATE ADMISSION (7:00pm Check-In) - $20
Check-in for our late admission tickets start at 7:00pm. This ticket includes a wine glass and printed guide to tasting stations positioned at local merchant locations. This ticket is perfect for those who can’t make it earlier, or just want to try a few wines!
